Information we collect and why
The demo form requires your first name, last name, company, work email and intended use of BTM Click to submit a request; a phone number is optional. We also process the selected language, submission date and time, and submission ID. We use these details to handle the demo request, contact you and process the request reliably.
The request and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. The IP address is used only for rate limiting, security and abuse prevention; the hidden anti-spam field serves the same purpose. The selected website language is stored locally in your browser.
Legal basis
We process a demo request to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests in business communication, security and preventing misuse.

Service providers and international transfers
We use Vercel for hosting and technical infrastructure of this public website; Vercel Web Analytics is disabled. We use Resend to process and send demo-request emails. Vercel and Resend may process personal data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Appropriate safeguards for international transfers apply, including, where applicable, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is necessary for a contract or legal obligation. Technical log and request data processed by Vercel for security, troubleshooting and operating the website are kept for up to 30 days. Email and log data at Resend are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, object to processing or receive your data in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
